Well, well, well. I see HE found the old military initiative. I noticed one of its programs running a search in my database just now. Very good for the whole world's sake he didn't complete this -- why test for a war you don't intend to wage?

I'll be crumpling up the plans for THIS right now, and throwing it into a trash can... and mailing the trash can to a place where they have an incinerator.
