Description
tl;dr 400km small-ship jump drive tailored to use on small ships.

Stats:
- Power draw: 2MW (compared to 32MW for vanilla large grid)
- Maximum Distance: 400km (compared to 2Mm for vanilla large grid)
- Power used to jump: 200kWh (compared to 3MWh for vanilla large grid)
- Optimal mass: 125 tons (compared to 1,250 tons for vanilla large grid)

Todo:
- Use a different instead of a small ship battery Rotated bounding box on model instead of the model itself.
- Restore original block name for localization DONE!
- Rebalance power usage and requirements. DONE! Now fits on smaller fighters and doesn't suck a ton of power.
