Simply place the 2 other cubes inside the glass area and keep one cube to stand on. Then jump on into the orange funnel and grab the cube along the way!

Tip: Also heres a lil trick i found out while doing the puzzle. Simply leave the cube near the corner of the 2 glass panes that are meeting each other (any corner you'd like). Jump in. Then try placing your crosshair through the tiny open gap aiming at your cube then pick it up and lift it over the glass! Solved ^_^!

I love the concept, but I think i spotted a problem in the map... On the inverted part of the map, after you finish your first stack of cubes, you are faced with an orange funnel that blocks you from the entrance to the next place to stack your cubes. If I am doing anything wrong please tell me.
