Conserving Diesel [JDK004] CS

Description
It's 2008. Prices of diesel are sky-high and Challenger is being used to haul freight because someone, somewhere, claimed it would save money. You (and seemingly everyone else) remain skeptical, but it's not your job to argue. It's your job to get Challenger moving off of this siding - whilst sitting on a 2% hill with 61 stack cars - without breaking her!

To play this scenario you'll need Cajon Pass and the Union Pacific Challenger.
