I found it and installed it.... But DISK RIGHT ERROR! Can you help me with that. I cant kind the security thing.

You might need portal 2 authoring tools installed (under tools in your library). I know I have it without any sort of mapping related mods installed.

"Steam\steamapps\common\Portal 2\bin\p2map_publish.exe" Allows you to select compiled maps and upload them to the workshop.
