More Cinematic Matched Combat

Simple mod that changes the selection weight in the matched combat animation fragments. Battles are a bit more chaotic as some of the lengthier animations will play more often. Still, units tend to stay somewhat in formation when compared to Rome 2 at launch.

This WILL work with ANY mod that changes the speed of battles or adds units. It WILL not work if the mod changes sword_shield_matched_combat_fragment, _spear_shield_matched_combat_fragment. Honestly, your mod of choice probably doesn't have any conflicts. I whipped this up real quick and didn't have much time to test so please let me know how it works out for you.

How is this different than any other cinematic combat mod? other mods just make it so you have a higher chance of matched combat, in the kv_rules table. This doesn't touch kv_rules, so you can still set matched combat percentages how ever much you want (like 20% if you like units to be in formation). This just makes it so some of the rare / longer animations have more chance to play, for instance instead of like 80% of spear kills being that counter->belly stab animation.
