this is my custom model for Palphs, a Southwest US supermarket chain for Cities Skylines

Would be awesome if this was a growable commercial building! They limit the plot size to a 4x4 plot for any growable building so I can see why it's not - if you could ever reduce it - I'd sub to a growable version! :D
