0/10, it needs 11 tiers total.

Maybe add a very small vision bonus and asphyxative damage debuff (from the torch at the end of the story being put into the sealed tomb, consuming the oxygen for a mercy(?) kill).

This is based off of a stage performance - think Shakespeare - in which a man uses a cask of amontillado to lure a drunk victim to a wine cellar, locks him in there, and leaves him to die of starvation.

I don't remember the name of the play, but the victim goes "Amontillado!" multiple times, referring to the cask of liquid.
