Freight train has stopped in failure. Hauls a failure freight train to Karlsruhe.
This scenario is standard mode.

<Attention>
There is a problem after the couple of BR189.
It does not return to the top vehicle when you return to the interior view
after switching the camera.
Please switch the camera to the top vehicle.
