This is a submod for Radious Total War. It allows you to have unlimited governors as in my Unlimted Governors whilst also keeping Radious' changes to other imperium limits such as the number of armies and agents.

This mod is purposefully designed to crash if it is used without Radious. If you do not use Radious and would like to have unlimited governors then please use my mod.
