Romans Wear Red

Description
FINALLY UPDATED

Here's a simple mod I made that changes the battlefield color of Eastern Empire units from Purple to Red. The campaign map remains unaffected because I have not figured out how to change campaign map colors.

The reason for this is that in this time in history purple dye was extremely rare and expensive to make, one of the reason among many that the color purple became associated with royalty. As such I always just found it distracting to see thousands of soldiers carrying on on the battlefield in purple.

Note about the screenshots: I am running on the lowest setting of unit detail so there may be changes that you wouldn't see in those screenshots. Also I am using the wonderful "Standard Bearers for Every Unit of E/W Rome" mod to illustrate the difference. It's a good mod I suggest you check it out http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=436104649

Sounds good. I'm currently working on it now,

Yeah I double checked right now loading up campaigns and it's working. A few other mods I use seem to be causing crashes right now. My advice is to deactivate all of your mods and re-enable them one at a time so you'll know exactly which ones don't work. Hopefully everything will be updated soon. I'm going through mine today, though I've started somewhat late.

Okay. Thanks for the reply. Just trying to find the mod that is causing my crashes on the dlc campaign haha.

@Aarpm O'Regan I have tested the mod and it still works. No update should be necessary.

Well, I went ahead and updated this in case I had the same problem, fixed it and forgot to upload it.

I just tested it and it's working for me. Are you using another mod that affects the "factions_uniform_colors_table?"
