Zachary Zatara

This is a improved version of my Zatara from a couple years ago,
His behavior is the exact same as Zatanna, and his powers consist of Magic Stream Yellow, Laser Yellow and a Card projectile which deals fifteen damage.
His sounds come from the original male magician.
When he spawns in he creates two doves (As inspired by the opening page of Teen Titans Vol 3 Issue 39)
