Description
Prevents players from killing in God Mode and Noclip, and will notify the server if someone attempts to.

Convar settings:

admin_bypass 1/0 (Are admings allowed to kill in god mode?)

player_damage_kill 1/0 (If a player does try to kill in god or noclip, will they be killed?)
