Description
I made this for myself as im forever restarting over and over, Testing and playimg but mostly testing.
It gets very repetitive and boring but a mans gota do what a mans gota do :)
Anyway maybe you would find this helpfull too?

This mod Starts the player at level 5 and adds some essential perks to kickstart the game.
And adds a better starting heal and summon spell.

Starting perks...

Armsman 2
Overdraw 2
Steel Smith
Enchanter 1
Green thumb
Arcane blacksmithing
Treasure hunter
Respite
Ranger
Merchant
Agile defender 1
juggernaut 1
Block Runner

Well thats your lot .
This mod is just an Aid to get the ball rolling. Happy hunting :)

that would take a script , but i cant script though, i havent learned that yet so its just set at lvl 5 so you get a couple of extra perks than u normaly would if u put your own 5 on. these perks help ME to advance faster at early game so i can up my skills by using the skills.

Hm its a good idea, but i dont want to add too much , or the game will be spoiled, it will give you somthing to work for, the perks in here in my opinion should have been standerd to start with, and just give a starting point for leveling the skills quicker..

Might want to add Quick Hands perk, it doesn't sound like much but it keeps guards from busting you while you pick locks and one thane quest demands you pick a lock (Laid to Rest).
