The Sims Building

Description
This is a Building which I found in The Sims 2. I think it looks nice, so I made it for Cities: Skylines.


It's again a Model made with blender but more detailed than my first one ;)

In Game size is 3x2, it's a level 4 Building. So it's growable and it will appear if your Building reaches level 4.

@Ghost B.C Papa Emeritus II: It is growable cause it is a non unique Building. You can see it on 3x2 Building which reaches level 4.
