Small and Large HyperThrusters

Modification of Storm's mod for my own server.

Large Hyper thrusters have a force of 10 000 000 and a power consumption set to 100.

Small Hyper thrusters have a force of 1 200 000 (the same as a vanilla Large thruster) and a power consumption set to 8.56.

Both use the same size and texture as their vanilla model, except for the flame.
