Better Guardian Stones

This mod changes the guardian stone's and the lover stone to make them more useful as in vanilla Skyrim they only aid in leveling. The mage, warrior, thief and lover stone all now in addition to leveling skills 20% or 15% faster fortify the relevant resouce and its regeneration rate, whilst making the relevant skils 20% more powerful.

Mage Stone
(The fortify magic effects are the same as the ones from potions rather than enchanted items so they will make your spells more powerful not cost less to cast)
