Harpers Ferry

Description
Harpers Ferry and the Potomac River.
Geographically accurate as far as the game engine will allow using the usual source for my maps.
The main road has been upgraded to a freeway and I felt it fair to provide at least 1 railway line.
Its not going to be easy, but can you build a metropolis from this cleft in the Blue Ridge?
