The Medic pistol is powerful so use that to not die.

Medic guns go bleeleep beep boop whenever you are aiming at a hurt teamate, pressing middle mouse heals them with a homing healing dart.

Medics can run fast so use this to swipe ammo, body armor, and weapons for your own personal gain. If someone complains remind them you are the medic.


Buy the smg, it shoots fast, is super accurate, and does a lot of damage. Sell the medic pistol after the first wave if you gotta. The smg alone will pull you through the first few waves. Eventually you want to buy the medic shotgun for use on tougher zeds, like the fleshpound (arm meat pound drill man), the scrake (chainsaw boy), and siren (♥♥♥♥♥).

Eventually you want to sell the smg and shotgun, buy the medic assault rifle and the the kalashnikov (or bullpup if you don't have enough) the medic assualt gun shoots more damage than the kalashnikov so use it.

Whenever the fleshpound or scrake comes by, throw 1-2 medic grenades at your feet and tank all that damage. When using the right perks (covered later in the guide) you can nearly solo them. Also use medic grenades when a lot of zeds are around.

Use the one that gives you more health, its better than the ammo one, I guarantee it by me, dj skelly.
For level 10, use the one that discounts body armor and makes it cheaper. This benefits you greaty as refilling everything costs less and if you are smart you can keep your starting body armor for awhile.

Use the level 15 perk that does bleeding damage, the regen one is bad.

I dunno about the level 20 and 25 perks so dunno lol.

Using the above combo you are a strong medic and can tank damage from the big boys.

So what you do is heal your stupid teamates because they always walk into his gas and other grenades like idiots. Heal them a lot.

When hans grabs a teamate, heal the teamate, do not shoot hans. Throwing a medic grenade or two during the initial fight when he heals isnt a bad idea, just dont waste them all. Also whenever hans goes berserk and hunts down one teamate and does super fast melees, heal your teamate as much as possible, he may just survive.

If hans comes after you with a berserk charge attack of unhappiness, then pull out the scalpel, block, and hope for the best.

After he heals three times, go all out and keep healing your teamates.

If you are the last one left then you gotta lead hans around, shooting at him whenever you have a clear shot. Dont stand still for long or he will kill you. Leading him around corners and shutting doors in his face stops his charges, grenades, and bullets from kill you.
