A Divering Diamond Interchange, or DDI for short. It's a mixture of 2 lane one-ways and highway ramps. There's also a small overpass allowing traffic to avoid the intersection. There might be traffic building up where the 3 lanes meet. If this happens, I recommend making that section a 3 lane highway. This allows each car to have their own lane. It's not as visual pleasing though.

There is also a pedestrian walkway going underneath the highway and enough space between the two highways to put in an elevated rail if you wish.
