Well, If you go back to 2014 (I think that's when it was) Before the release of cities skylines. A bunch of us were excited and posting and talking about it in paradox forums a lot. I especially requested DEVS to have the option to remove/disable that Twitter bird if the player wants to, unfortunately not many at that time supported me and if I remember correctly, Dev said: "Bird is here to stay and we will continue to support it". We went into an argument and I called them stubborn as I was just asking for an Option and not to entirely remove it for everyone. Well, I got pissed off and left the forums. On game release, the most papular mod was to get rid of that bird but DEVS still hasn't put an option shows I might have been write with the word "Stubborn" LOL

Why couldn't we have a chirper to give actual important messages the sims actually need at the time like sim city does and when we click on that person he does indeed have that problem. Because unlike sim city when i click on the citizen complaining of fire they have perfect fore coverage or the smell of the dead there isn't a dead body in sight and has plenty of crematoriums around. Also why cant we see the actual crimes happening when we go on crime detail as sim city showed the sims flashing stealing mugging soliciting yet skylines is crap with crime showing. All we see are empty handed cops coming put with car saying 33 percent loaded wtf! Show the bloody crimes! That was fun and the city riots when the sims were marching with billboards and burning down the cars and streets and public looting like what happened in USA is more real life than pg 13 skylines with censorship of crimes!
