I also used a thousand points to change my avatar to a CIA man in black but I dont know how to make that my avatar it just sits there in my collection but i will forever be the creature of the swamp it seems until someone tells me how i can make that CIA man face my avatar.

Ok i checked my bank and it seems steam refunded me my $5 back which was good of them,. Sure it would have been nice to swap it for a skylines dlc where i could have made $2 profit as i'm a pensioner but at least Steam a is trustworthy company. Thankyou.
