ACE (Anti Capital ship Emplacement)

Description
The ACE is an aging answer to a cheap alternative to destroying capital ships that are out of range of retaliation. With the new development of laser and beam weaponry, and more advanced torpedoes, the cost effectiveness of a 1500mm mass driver is no longer relevant.

With the new plans for the Threat Exengency Initative for new ship designs, the ACE will be replaced by a vessel of smaller size, but of equal firepower.
