Description
This replaces the standard boomer bile jar with a Black Mesa one. With headcrab excretion, of course.

Aperture and Mesa are competitors in the same world, but what if they connected to L4D2? What if Mesa created the zombies in pennsylvania and savannah as well? I love overthinking things
