Common Props and Trees Collection

This collection of props are used for the assets in all of my Better Building collections.

If you're an asset author and are also using this collection for your custom assets, please post a comment and I will add a link to your collection.

These are meant to be "all purpose" props that can be used for many different types of assets. Other asset creators are also of course free to use this collection. Instead of listing all the props you use for an asset just reference this collection. I try to limit the props in this collection to those with low triangle counts, good LODs, small texture sizes, and small files sizes. The total size of the collection is about 180 megabytes.

You have 3 options:

1) Don't Subscribe to Any - All of my assets will still work just fine and you will still see all the default props. However, you won't see any of the custom props below.

2) Subscribe to All - You will see all of my assets with all the custom props below.

3) Subscribe to Some - You can also pick and choose which props you want to see. If you don't care about seeing a certain prop, then don't subscribe to that prop.

Updates:

10/19 - Added a Barn, haybale, treebed, and a couple of agricultural silos.

10/1 - Added an awning, ice machine, wallrock, electrical transformer, rooftop AC unit, a couple of garbage cans, a mailbox, a residential garage, and a ping pong table . Total size is about 175 megabytes.

8/29 - Added about 10 new props to the collection
