Description
Welcome to where the snow falls, the guards stand ready, and the prisoners turn against eachother. This, is Mountaintop Hell!

Did you lay out all of the job items in the zones with them, or was the job enabled? I don't remember doing anything special to do that so that it might have been a glitch on your part.

How did you get the inmates to do their job? whenever a make a prison the inmates with a job stand in place despite the fact that I had the job zones laid out the correct way.
