Harbour

Description
Everytime when i look to the harbour, i think it looks realy boring so i made it a little bit green with some other small spezials like a child playground.
Its only an update of the default version. It has nothing change with the stats

There is no road with the harbor, does it connect to premade roads (This may be your problem why it can't "Connect to Route")
