The mighty Green River carved out winding, snakeback canyons long before the railroads and highways brought civilisation to this verdant landscape.

Based on real-world heightmap data of Green River, Colorado, this is a highly detailed landscape with lots of variety and interesting features such as terracing, hills, long ago dried-up riverbeds and deep, twisting gorges. Accessing and utilising all the available space will be a real challenge, but there are myriad possibilities for lovers of dams and hydroelectric power.

This map has been extensively and carefully edited to remove the artefacts and issues normally associated with using real-world data. There is an abundance of natural resources and good access to highways, rail networks and air.
