240 Cells - No Escapes and no real issues if you make sure you put snitches and ex cops into protective custody.

Tons of money and loads of room to expand.

The way I start off is with a low security area and a protective custody, then expand from there. Unless you are doing a maximum only run

Thanks for the feedback i will take that on board when i build my next one. Also considering extending the prison for a seperate protective custody area as to many deaths are happening

Very nice planning.
The only modification I would include for future prisons of such a large scale, would be to include several or seperate canteens. The prison itself is already divided in sorts, that long of a walk to eat within 1-2 hours would be frustrating.
