Your so good with HUDS I have a very special request. Ive asked other modders but nothing yet. Could you possibly add a "Target Information" window to the hud? We need a screen that will ONLY display target info when you click on something. I have a lot of mods which are constantly adding information to the info window in the hud. Usefull but clutters up the radar and target screen. When in a dog fight and you need to see the traget info its almost impossible with all the chatter on the same screen. Solution make a small extra window that only displays target info and nothing else. Would that be possible? I would like to keep the current cockpit though I like the big blue. Just need thattarget window added to it. Thanks in advance. Zax

i would like to see the hud with all the important windows stay near together, like the gun heat, ship status and radar at 1 side. typical practical ui design put them all at bottom

it make u no need to keep rolling ur eyes looking for all these data. put them together making data glancing smooth and easy

the old mod http://www.nexusmods.com/xrebirth/mods/25/? has 1 of such design, i missed it

Are you saying that you unsubscribed and started a NEW game afterwards but the "uninstall HUDonly Cockpit" button was still there?
If you want to start a new game anyway, I would have just unsubscribed and verified my gamefiles if necessary. If you want to play with your old savegame it may be more complicated.

I start a new game with the "stock" cockpit. Works fine. Nav. menu still shows "uninstall HUDonly Cockpit". I go buy another cockpit. Return Skunk and I'm looking out on the inside of a metal box the front of the ship is inside. I have been through the steps as list MANY times. I CAN NOT get rid of this. Please give me more detail in the five steps so that whatever I'm missing I can undo this .

@yarnel
I'm sorry to hear you have issues with this.
I need a better description of your problem. I guess you followed the uninstallation process exactly!? what happens after step 5?

Yarnel here: I'm stumped. I can not get this out of my system. I have tried many times to "Uninstall" and still cannot get a new cockpit installed without coming back to the cockpit with "the ship in a box". Please help. I just want my system back to were it was BEFORE I subscribed the first time. Thank you.

If that's possible at all, it is way out of my expertise

It would be preferable to toggle the cockpit view on and off with a button but I'm guessing that would be much more difficult to code?
