Description
Toronto Style Highway 3 by Plazmic Flame

v1.0 - Created a raised version of my first design of the Toronto Style Highway. In this version, it's simply raised to make it easier to be placed in game. With the original and a lot of other ploppable intersections, when they are on the ground, you get a lot of "slope too steep" and it makes placing it down hard. Now with it raised, it should be much easier to use in game.

@Thing - I made this when City Skylines first came out in 2015. That's before all the awesome mods that exist today. There are way better intersections available lol.

This doesen't look like any Toronto highways where I live, Toronto. (Besides the gardener Express Way(Exept only downtown))
