This industrial-themed bar with the illustrous name 'Wrench' is an enterprise of a young entrepreneur called 'Potato Paul'. It's gritty, it has beer, it even has a BBQ. Fits in either low-wealth slum-like areas or posh areas, should the well to do be up for an adventure. Functioning car park and entrance - people will accumulate and mingle in the bar. This lot is a ploppable park, since it just wouldn't fit the theme if there were too many instances of it.
