I dont think im gonna make "hune" i might consider blokhus. (but this would be one of the last cities however)

Yes roads and rails will be improved and more less be accurate once i go in depth. i have considered to restore the old streams i just have to do some research on them first.

I migth make a quick Randers like i made a quick Aarhus. and im sure some one else have made copenhagen (haven't searched)

Looks great - Maybe tweak the roads and rail to match the region?

Bonus points if you can restore the old streams Aalborg used to have before they were all put into pipes.
