Universal Intersection

An intersection that joins two highways. At this intersection, vehicles from either side of either highway can transfer to any other section of highway they need to. Traffic flows smoothly and efficiently, massively improving the flow of traffic along highways. The interseciton works exactly like a cloverleaf interchange, however this is cheaper.
