Description
A region based on an area of upstate New York. This valley region is located in the heartland of the NY watershed and offers a range of interesting terrain, including dense forests, rivers, mountans, valleys, and of course the reservoir itself.

I think I'm missing something, There is only one side of a highway with no exits on the starting tile. Deleted.
