Description
You must subscribe to the XXL Community Mod[xlnation.city] before adding this map.

I was testing different hieghts settings and it ended up becoming a map. Water, Oil and Agriculture are limited to make it a challenge.
As normal, delete the trees in the water.

Note: This map will also work in Cities XL. If you want the XL version, download it at XLNation or browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities XXL\Paks\mods\skullz613\ and copy the map to your XL paks folder.

Is there a way to download the XXL Community Mod WITHOUT having to create an XL Nation account? I really don't want to create an account on there, especially if I'm not gonna play the game all that much, since I only have so much time to play.
