Exalight Under Construction Mod

Description
This mod is an updated version of ''6 Under Construction Buildings"[www.generation-city.com] made by Exalight... It's a completely useless but fun mod who add 6 buildings under construction...

The mod add 3 T2 slots (40x40) and 3 T3 slots (60x60) with the following specifications :

- Is now destroyable (:D)
- Small collision box
- Can be not connected to the road
- Cost nothing, do nothing

They can be found in Custom Tab > Civic Services > Environment...

Unfortunately rendering is not "HD" (I don't know 3D modeling, but if someone want to remake the sgbin, contact me), but it adds a little bit to the realistic details...

When I removed your mod the game could start again that was the problem.

@82dankinzel : Thanks for your comment, yes it's not a bad idea. For this quickly made version and for don't modify the game logic for the purists, I based on this concept : costs nothing so does nothing.

For stay coherent if I add workplace I must add a building cost and, why not, noise pollution and others things...

It's an idea, I think to this and may be...
