Ballista mk2

Not a perfect siege engine, doesn't shoot that far, but I'm still glad I managed to make a working ballista.
The loader gets buggy when you pull it, but it will calm down when it reaches the back, so keep cranking.
To get the blueprint ready detatch the loader from the ballista then attach the ropes as on screenshots.
Added an elevation mechanism to this one, but it's working poorly, tends to make the ballista jump and collapse for some reason the best way to prevent that is to stand on the ballista and then crank it (best not to use it at all for now).
