Iron's Clocktower V1

Description
This is the finished version of the Clocktower with a working clock.
The clock runs at about 15 to 20 time real time speed, speed depends on the workload of your world.

The tower can be rotated into all four directions.
Make sure you paste it on a piece of fairly even terrain

So I spawn it in, and the whole thing teleports away, and I am left with a rotor.

Should include in the comments 'Turn on the rotor on the bottom with T' . We're not all expert engineers like you :)
