Greek Confederation & Hellenic League

Allows greek factions to confederate and as well as naming the confederation "Hellenic League" when confederating.

All screenshots taken playing as Sparta, thus, the symbol representing the Hellenic League is Sparta, the symbol will reflect whichever faction made the confederation. This works with any faction that is marked as "Greek" by the game.

I know this mod is not historically accurate, but I don't really care.

I'm not sure if this works on "Wrath of Sparta" or with langauages other than English.
