Powerful Perks: Mage Part 1

I added three new perks for the Destruction, Illusion, and Conjuration skills.

They all require 100 in the respective skills to have and are more for late game fun rather than mid or early gameplay.

Of course you could always just add them via console command.

I plan on doing all of the skills at some point.


The first word in the Description of True Necromancer's Perk is "Animated" and the last word is "Spell"
