Palm Tree Areas

Here area three new palm tree areas.
1 low and high density palm tree area over grass.
1 low density palm tree over sand area and one plain sand area without any trees.

Fill in areas between roads with some nice Palm trees.

There are 5 different palm tree varieties in each area & no exotic bushes like the americas one.
You can also place these areas over water!

I also used referenced in-game trees/textures so the patch size is a tiny 49kb :)
