Description
ENGLAND (HENRY VIII)
Unique Trait: Dieu Et Mon Droit
A 'WLTKD' begins in all cities when you conquer a Capital, Found or Enhance a Religion, or finish a Policy Branch. Cities celebrating a 'WLTKD' always follow your Religion and their Followers contribute Golden Age Points.

Unique Unit: Grand Carrack
This English unique unit under Henry VIII is costlier to build and maintain than the Galleass that it replaces, having 1 extra Gold maintenance cost and requiring more Production to train. It also does not have a Ranged Attack and has 1 less Movement. However, unlike the Galleass, the Grand Carrack possesses a devastating attack against enemy Galleasses as well as against Naval Units unlocked from previous Eras (like the Trireme). It also intimidates nearby enemy units, diminishing their strength in combat. In addition, whenever a Grand Carrack is built, it hastens the end of any Resistance turns across any of your cities by 2. Building Grand Carracks will be costly but well-worth their potential for intimidating your enemies and inspiring the awe of your people.

Unique Building: Jousting Grounds
The unique Jousting Grounds provides more Experience for Mounted Units than the Armoury, which it replaces for Henry VIII's England. It is also available at Chivalry instead of Steel, making it more accessible. Finally, the Jousting Grounds provides Culture whenever a new Mounted Unit is trained in the city, equal to the amount of XP that this unit begins with. Focus on training plenty of Mounted Units to get the most out of the Jousting Grounds.

For some reason I don't have the option to build any buildings in my cities when using this civ? Has anyone else come across this bug?

Just had the same problem as Angelo and Uboat. Even after using a pure JFD Modlist (well and Enlightment Era). Meaning all the mods for JFD's Civs and the Rise to Power Collection.
