Flamethrower Balance Mod

Description
-Flamethrower now attacks 3 times per second, up from 2.
-Rebalanced Flamethrower constant damage, burning, and ground flame damage, and durations.
-FT direct flame deals bonus damage based on target's maximum health. (up to 3% per second, based on accuracy).
-Flame on surface now deals damaged based on target's max health. (3% per second)
