I wish these were placed in the T4 Exceptional Density section instead of T3. Then we could use random zoning without fear of these jutting into roads.

Adds variety to the standard building set.

Awesome information, thanks. Hope they get the tag situation settled. I'm not a veteran, but it seems to me that when I place any type of residential buildings individually, that the Available Jobs isn't affected as strongly as when I allow the simulation to pick the building. This seems to be true even if I individually place many buildings of a given type. In other words, if I draw a linear zone of 8 dense skilled workers, this seems to make the Immigration, Available Jobs, Unemployment, etc, numbers move more than when I individually place 8 dense skilled buildings. Like I said, I'm not a vet, but that is what I seem to be seeing. So I've most often let the simulation pick my buildings. Of course, I could easily just be misperceiving the situation. Thanks for the mod.

Its a known problem unfortunately. In older versions of CXL the NOZAC tag was used to stop buildings with non standard lot sizes like this growing in zones. These models do have this tag but its functionality was broken in CXXL hence your problem. The community is still working on a fix as it affects a lot of the back catalogue of mods for CXL . One posible solution is to move them to the MSCUSTOM menu added by Altiris in his last community patch. I had hoped for support for NOZAC but may I have to alter the menu location of the mod to solve the problem. Of course if you use individual placement mode like many veteran players then you will not encounter this issue.

I believe there is a problem. When I make a high-density area using the grid tool, these apts don't fit in the grid -- they are too big, and so have no road connection. I have a screenshot I can show you; you could then verify that these are the apts in question. Do you have a thread somewhere where I could upload it?

Run the UCG manager as administrator, an application found inside your CXXL steam game installation. Fill in the form which is fairly self explanatory and then press the submit button.

Just a question , how I add a mod on this workshop ?
