Goku's Super Saiyan 2 Hair

Description
The hair that Goku shows during Super Saiyan 2!
Model from Dragon Ball Z Budokai 2. I didn't rip the model, I just ported it to SFM
It still has some errors but it's functional

I felt like it was needed to be done
