Pokémon HG/SS/D/P/P-Style NPC Outline

Description
I made this for my own Pokémon Essentials game in XP, and figured that everyone could use it. It is an outline of a male NPC in the style of the fourth generation games. Obviously not for commercial use, as it is based heavily upon the work of Game Freak and Nintendo.

You can, though it works best within the Pokemon Essentials package, which is only compatible with XP.

I could do a female base, though there isn't a lot of a difference.

Do you have the female base? or it is as abandoned to not be able to?
