Discontented with his careless slaughtering, the butcher took delight in the finery of a surgeon’s blade. Day in and day out he cleared the fields of endless carnage of their cadavers, but with new resolve. Mastering forces of a virile plague, the butcher grew twice as efficient in his cause. When the fields were dry before night had come, those who battled could do nothing but look on with terror as the butchers thirst could not be slaked by only the fallen.
