Realistic Ship Speed

Description
This sets the maximum speed of:

-large ships to 20000m/s [~70000km/h]
-small ships to 15000m/s [~50000km/h]
...
large ship:
The speed is set to the maximum speed that a space shuttle reaches[large ship].
small ship:
The Speed is set to a bit smaller max speed of a space shuttle[small ship].
