Macao (Crazy Eights Romanian Variation)

Description
This is a card game similar to UNO but it is played with a standard deck. This is a game for 2-8 players.

Rules and instructions are found in Menu>Rules.

So you took a standard deck from the game and all you added were rules. And now you feel this deserves a spot as its own Workshop mod? Following your logic I could create one mod for each of the thousands of card games there exists in the world.
